So I thought I would post it here so others might find it useful.
Please note I am using DS to make this card.
To make the card itself I used the shadow key and the Donald & Daisy image
I then copied it so I had two of them.I flipped one image so they faced each other, and nudged them together.
Make sure you have both of them with the welding button ticked.
I also rotated both pieces slightly so that the feet were level so it would stand up ok - my rotation was 12.23 and -12.23 as you can see in the above properties box.Once they had joined up enough I previewed it to check and then could cut it.
For the white inside I used the same image but just clicked on the Shift Lock instead of the shadow and so you get the outline only but at the regular size not the shadow size.
Then did the pieces for the front as normal.
