Welcome.
This is a work in progress. I wanted somewhere to post images of my craft work, mainly created using my cricut machine and their cartridges or SCAL. Both have made my crafting a real joy. Feel free to look around.
If you have any questions on how I have made anything here, please feel free to email me or post a comment at the bottom right of this page and I will happily try to help you.
You are welcome to download or copy any images, but if you submit the design anywhere, please either change the design or give me original credit.
Enjoy!
Update:
I have started a new blog for my garden and home as it was taking over my craft blog a bit.To get to the garden blog just click on the button below and it will take you there - like magic!

May's swap

May's theme was Oriental. This was hard as I didn't have anything on the cartridges that was oriental. Then I remembered I had a lot of papers that I had purchased years ago that were sort of oriental and Walk in the Garden had an orchid which I felt was oriental. So that is what I ended up with. It was a really good swap with some amazing cards.
April's swap

This month's theme was one colour. The cards had to be in one colour but could be several shades of that colour. White was also acceptable as an extra.
I thought it was going to be easy but it was quite difficult to come up with something.
This was done with Walk in the Garden; Plantin and Accent Essentials.

February Card swap

Here is my February card swap. The theme was Animals and/or Birds.
I used the cut file from http://www.cricut.com/messageboard/tm.aspx?m=2496326 for the lattice, however I had to remake it as I didn't have te cartridges needed. So I remade it using Plantin Schoolbook for the diamonds and Christmas Cheer for the triangles. I also cut the card itself so that I could get the lattice in the correct position. The bird was cut using SCAL from this post http://forums.surecutsalot.com/viewtopic.php?f=20&t=3457.
The cards haven't been sent out yet so I haven't got the scans of all the rest, will post them when I get them.

Donald & Daisy card
Misty has asked me how I made my January swap card.
So I thought I would post it here so others might find it useful.
Please note I am using DS to make this card.
To make the card itself I used the shadow key and the Donald & Daisy image
I then copied it so I had two of them.
I flipped one image so they faced each other, and nudged them together.
Make sure you have both of them with the welding button ticked.
I also rotated both pieces slightly so that the feet were level so it would stand up ok - my rotation was 12.23 and -12.23 as you can see in the above properties box.
Once they had joined up enough I previewed it to check and then could cut it.
For the white inside I used the same image but just clicked on the Shift Lock instead of the shadow and so you get the outline only but at the regular size not the shadow size.
Then did the pieces for the front as normal.
I hope that makes sense - feel free to ask any questions if I missed a step or anything.

January 09 Swap

I made this card from Mickey & Friends cartridge and cut the card the same shape as the image. I then cut a white inset the same as the inside was black initially.
This can be used as a Valentine card I thought.

September 08 Swap

I joined up with a group of NZ ladies on the Cricut messageboard that have a monthly card swap. You have to use a cricut cartridge somewhere in the card.
The September theme was 'Children's Birthday". Spongebob I did on SCAL, the background and lettering was done using cricut cartridges Accent Essentials and Plantin Schoolbook
